2008 Tire pressure monitor base kit, with printed comprehensive and supplement manual set. Kit includes a TPM tool with latest software subscription, activation magnet, quick start guide, reset procedure manuals, update cable, CD training video, 3 C batteries, backup software CD, and a blow molded case. Designed to be a complete, universal kit covering vehicles with Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The software contains a vehicle entry system for easy and accurate access to the correct interface for a vehicle. Displays sensor data, such as ID and pressure. Data is dependent on system type. Updateable via serial cable to PC to keep up with changing vehicle requirements. Maintains 'last vehicle" use history. Three 'C"batteries provide hours of continuous use. (Auto shutdown is after three minutes of inactivity.) Carries a 3-year warranty. The monitor has a graphical interface that allows use of the tool with little or no knowledge of TPMS. The manual contains critical reset procedures, along with all system information, including torque specifications and wiring diagrams.
