Can I order the TPMS Tool directly from OTC?

No. All products that we sell are sold through distribution. Please contact one of our distributors.

ORDERS

How can I follow-up on my order?

Are orders entered through the Website secure?
Our online service providers use SSL encryption technology to assure the safety of your information.

Do you accept International orders and Charges?
Yes, we have the ability to process orders for international buyers. We can receive payments from anywhere in the world.

What information is contained in the orders that are sent to me?
You will receive complete details of the products, prices and quantities purchased along with any applicable shipping charges and the total value of the purchase. The email will contain your name, address, email address and an order number for reference. Also contained in the email is our company's contact and web site information so you can contact us as needed.

Can I return my product for a refund if I am not satisfied?
Your Distributor is permitted to authorize product returns within 35 days of the original shipment. If you wish to return a product, please have your Distributor call our customer service department at 800-533-6127 for a return goods authorization. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition, free of any damage or wear. All products must be returned freight pre-paid. We cannot accept returns shipped to us "freight collect". A refund for approved returned goods received in salable condition will be processed for the original purchase price + freight related costs (Excluding a handling fee of $ 5.99) to the original buyers account.

PAYMENT

Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and online checks.

How long does it take for an order to be processed, and what is the sequence of events that occurs after an order is placed?
As soon as you make a purchase the dollar value of the purchase is immediately charged against your card and a confirmation of the sale is sent to you.

Can you bill in different currencies?
All charges are displayed in US $. Banks and the credit card companies will automatically do a currency conversion to the cardholders' native currency.

How does check acceptance work?
You are given the option to pay by credit card or check. If you pay by check then you receive a notification that a sale went through. We will not however process the sale further until the check clears. Checks usually take 4-5 business days to clear. Once the check clears you will be notified. If the check fails to clear, you will also be notified.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to ship?
Generally, lead-times are 2 - 3 weeks. If you have a special need, please contact customer service at 800-533-6127.

Do I have to be present to accept the delivery?
We generally use a shipping method that provides delivery receipt verification so you or an authorized representative must be present to sign for the shipment.

Do I automatically receive a message confirming that my order was shipped?
Yes, when the product is shipped you will be notified via email.
